摘要: Liquid chromatographic separations of humic substances are widely used to separate, fractionate and characterize these ubiquitous natural materials. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with reversed-phase, size exclusion ion exchange modes have all been a host conventional as well many innovative detection strategies. In this review, general overview is provided followed by discussion the commonly employed procedures, detectors some new analytical approaches appearing on horizon.
