摘要: A programmable backplane includes a motherboard having slots for receiving printed circuit boards (PCBs). field interconnect device (FPID) mounted on the crosspoint switch selectively routing signals between terminals of PCBs. The is determined by input programming data. FPID bi-directionally buffers all passing ports and PCB can alter signal dynamically in response to instructions generated instruction sources or connected may be used as communication hub network parallel processing system.
