Novel p-n heterojunction Co3O4/AlOOH composites materials for gas sensing at room temperature

摘要: Abstract In this work, Co 3 O 4 /AlOOH composite materials were synthesized via a two-step method, where cobalt oxide/aluminum oxide intermediate was first by hydrothermal then followed calcinations in air. The structure and morphology of the samples are characterized XRD, FT-IR TEM etc. as-prepared display special 2D nanosheets mesopore structure. small nanoparticles with sizes about 7 nm highly dispersed on surface AlOOH. Mott-Schottky plots displaying p-n junctions existent materials. gas sensing results reveal that 1:9 sensor shows significantly enhance NO x performance. responses 57.8–7.5% to 100–0.1 ppm at room temperature. outstanding performance may attribute formation
