摘要: The momentum dependence of single-particle excitations is investigated for a Cu4O8 cluster model with the periodic boundary condition by means an exact Rumerical method. electron removal as well addition spectra up to few eV exhibit considerable dispersion which can partly be interpreted band model. In contrast model, however, energy gap appears in undoped ground state. At high excitation energies (≃ 10 eV), electron8removal spectrum shows almost dispersionless features corresponding 3d8 (Cu) and 2p4 (0) final states. low are further analyzed use t-J solved analytically on 2×2 lattice.
