Hydrogen in hot subdwarfs formed by double helium white dwarf mergers

摘要: Isolated hot subdwarfs might be formed by the merging of two helium-core white dwarfs. Before merging, dwarfs have hydrogen-rich envelopes and some this hydrogen may survive merger. We calculate mass that is present at start such mergers and, with assumption mixed throughout disrupted dwarf in merger process, estimate how much can survive. find a up to about $2 \times 10^{-3}\,\mathrm{M}_{\odot}$ remnants. make model remnants include appropriate their total compare atmospheric parameters sample apparently isolated subdwarfs, sdBs. The majority these stars explained as double helium mergers.
