Description of spin-crossover in a heterogeneous chain of exchange clusters

摘要: Spin transition theory is developed for periodic chains with two and more exchange clusters in a unit cell. A general expression obtained the effective magnetic moment of cell μeff several clusters. For heterospin complexes Cu(hfac)2LR characterized by head-to-head motif twosite approximation statistical sum Cu2+ Jahn-Teller paramagnetic center spin 1/2 proposed, within which comparison available experimental data performed. It shown that model describes both smooth abrupt (cooperative) spin-crossover cases three-spin
