摘要: In order to determine the role of acetylcholine (ACh) transmission in neurotrophic regulation dynamic properties muscle, effects botulinum toxin treatment were compared with those denervation. The extensor digitorum longus (EDL) and soleus muscles rats either denervated or injected toxin. At times up 25 days isometric these determined. 2. Both denervation produced progressive slowing time peak twitch (TPT) half-relaxation (1/2 RT), which was more pronounced EDL than soleus. 3. treatments relaxation curve following tetanic contraction, marked muscle. This indicates a relaxation, suggests prolongation active state 4. maximum rate rise tetanus did not change significantly after that there is no major speed contraction under conditions 5. changes by virtually identical all parameters tested. interpreted meaning cholinergic (including muscle usage), some other factor closely related transmission, accounts for motor nerve's trophic influence maintaining skeletal muscles.
