A modified SBM-NDEA approach for the efficiency measurement in bank branches

摘要: Efficiency measurement has been an essential topic in banking research. Many studies have used the data envelopment analysis approach as effective tool for efficiency of bank branches. Recently, Network (NDEA) method introduced, which involves internal processes and intermediate factors measurement. A few this branches; they considered two branches two-stage models. In study, we will use a more general complete network structure consisting three processes, including deposit attraction process, allocation process services provision process. Since want to obtain efficient targets, form NDEA model had be used. Therefore, slack-based model, introduced by Tone Tsutsui (SBM-NDEA), was nominated support its mathematical model. But according new categorization paper, also regarding some previous reviews on SBM-NDEA modified include desired properties. Finally, applying scores targets obtained.
