摘要: Because of the sensitivity problems posed by other nuclei, probably 60% current papers in biological NMR are taken up proton studies, although use 13C, with its much larger range chemical shifts, is increasing. This chapter, however, mainly concerned studies using nuclei than 1H and ending a list key references.
