摘要: A system and method for authenticating votes received from a voter's mobile device comprising computer programmed with set of computer-readable instructions database accessed by reading durable readable medium stored in server, the registered voter geographical location postal mail delivery address, means to receive vote an election over wireless carrier network, determine which transmitted network cell tower triangulation, reject if is not within predetermined distance database.
