摘要: Physical maps have been historically one of the cornerstones genome sequencing and map-based cloning strategies. They also support marker assisted breeding EST mapping. The problem building a high quality physical map is computationally challenging due to unavoidable noise in input fingerprint data. We propose novel compartmentalized method for assembly from fingerprinted clones. knowledge genetic markers enables us group clones into clusters so that same cluster are more likely overlap. For each clones, local first constructed using FingerPrinted Contigs (FPC). Then, all individual carefully merged final map. Experimental results on genomes rice barley demonstrate produces significantly accurate maps, it can detect isolate would induce "chimeric" contigs if used assembly. software available download at http://www.cs.ucr.edu/~sbozdag/assembler/
