Since is considered as long-term cares, patients require self-management (SM) ability skill manage their symptoms and daily cares. This mixed-method review evaluate quantitative qualitative studies, which were conducted using non-traditional SM interventions for pain based. also explores the process of in chronic model (CCM). PubMed, CINAHL, Scopus, Wiley used from 2011 2018. A total 16 studies included this review. All are divided into 3 types, educational and/or counseling programs, complementary alternative medicine (CAM) therapy, exercise.
