摘要: In canine electrocardiography, the reference interval of ventricular mean electrical axis (MEA) is between +40° and +100°. MEA values in dogs can be influenced by patient position as well shape thorax. The aim this study was to evaluate healthy Doberman Pinschers, hypothesizing that some present a left shift MEA. retrospective study, 41 healthy, client-owned Pinschers were included. Echocardiography standard six-lead ECG examination performed all dogs. calculated using isoelectric method. morphology QRS complex Q/R ratio lead II also evaluated. median +45° ranged from -45° +90°. deviated 16/41 (39%), presenting deviation (range, + 30°). Age significantly associated with (P=0.008), showing negative linear correlation. A deep Q wave 26/41 (63%) higher (0.66; range, 0.28-1.35) comparison within range (0.44; 0.04-0.73; P<0.001). conclusion, significant number compare show II. This data should considered when electrocardiographic evaluation Pinschers.
