摘要: Abstract Background The efficacy of epicardial catheter ablation for ventricular tachycardia has been reported. However, the safest anatomical method pericardial puncture not determined. Methods Thirty patients who underwent 3-dimensional computed tomography (3D-CT) preceding ablations atrial fibrillation were enrolled in this study. We used skin surface 1cm below xiphisternum as site. For anterior approach, attainment site was pericardium mid portion right site, and posterior approach it inferior distance angle between 2 sites measured using 3D-CT. Results 54±11mm needle 37±11° toward left scapula 34±12° towards back body. 56±10mm corresponding angles 60±9° 86±13°. correlated with BMI approaches (anterior approach: r =0.43, P =0.49, Conclusions Performing subxiphoid pericardiocentesis is anatomically safer via than approach.
