Endoscopic management of posterior nasal obstruction.

摘要: The use of the rigid endoscope has been investigated in management 63 cases with posterior nasal obstruction. It was found to be a true advance rhinology, since it visualizes and localizes site obstruction which is classified into pre-choanal, post-choanal. Moreover, allowed complete safe removal most obstructing lesions under direct endoscopic vision.
