Power-on reset circuits including first and second signal generators and related methods

摘要: A power-on reset circuit which outputs a signal through an output node includes first generator that generates voltage. The voltage increases from ground when power supply reaches threshold second voltage, and the decreases comparator activates responsive to comparison of signals.
