摘要: An 82-year-old female suffered from head trauma, and developed acute consciousness disturbance 6 days after the event. Head CT showed subdural hematoma in left temporooccipital area patient underwent emergency evacuation decompression. However, her became worse surgery. Intermittent large negative infraslow shifts (lasting longer than 40 seconds) were recorded right posterior quadrant by scalp EEG with TC of 2 sec, that was defined as cortical spreading depolarizations (CSDs). Clinically sustained poor until 1 month surgery spite treatment anti-epileptic drugs. CSDs observed on side where injury most likely occurred. It may explain associated significant prolonged ischemia. Once could record this particular patient, degree its prognosis traumatic estimated.
