Static and dynamic analysis of a high static and low dynamic stiffness vibration isolator utilising the solid and liquid mixture

摘要: Abstract A new type of Solid And Liquid Mixture (SALiM) vibration isolator with the high static and low dynamic stiffness (HSDLS) is proposed for isolation heavy machines excitation frequency. The analysis first presented to obtain property isolator, it found that exhibits approximately piecewise bilinear stiffness, as a result which, when subjected vibration, operates in soft segment, meanwhile, stiff segment can ensure isolator’s loading capacity. Following analysis, design criterions are developed satisfy expectant requirements including natural frequency deflection. Then, force transmissibility compared common SALiM comparison indicates HSDLS more outstanding performance, is, lower resonance wider effective range. Hence, proven capable isolating (
