Synthesis, antiviral and antiproliferative activity of a new class of 5-(alkyl or arylthio)-6-vinyl uracils.

摘要: Uracil derivatives bearing substituted or unsubstituted vinyl groups at position C6 and alkyl- arylthio C5 were synthesized tested in vitro for antiviral antiproliferative activity. None of the compounds active against HIV-1. However, some them inhibited proliferation leukemia, lymphoma solid tumor-derived cell lines micromolar concentrations. The maximum potency activity correlates with presence substituents.
