Acute urinary retention in children.

摘要: Acute urinary retention (AUR) is an uncommon diagnosis in childhood, associated with a variety of causes. The emergency physician often the first to be called upon evaluate and treat these children. To assist making diagnosis, we present our five-year experience AUR presenting pediatric urology service, through department. We discuss examples not only common reasons for but also diagnoses and, two cases, etiologies believe have been previously described literature.
