摘要: In this article, we introduce three 3D graphical representations of DNA primary sequences, which call RY-curve, MK-curve and SW-curve, based on classifications the bases. The advantages our are that (i) these curves strictly non-degenerate there is no loss information when transferring a sequence to its mathematical representation (ii) coordinates every node have clear biological implication. Two applications presented: (a) simple formula derived calculate content four bases (A, G, C T) from nodes curves; (b) 12-component characteristic vector constructed compare similarity among sequences different species geometrical centers curves. As examples, examine coding first exon beta-globin gene eleven validate cDNA eight species.
