摘要: Resistive switching (RS) characteristics of a Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (PCMO) film sandwiched between Pt bottom electrode and top electrodes (TE) made various metals are found to belong two categories. Devices with TE Al, Ti, Ta exhibit large I-V hysteresis loop bipolar RS, but those Pt, Ag, Au, Cu do not. Transmission electron microscopy reveals that thin metal-oxide layer formed at the interface former group PCMO, not for latter TE. Analysis shows categorization depends on Gibbs free energy oxidation TEs respect PCMO.
