摘要: Eclipta alba and Guiera senegalensis have traditionally been used in Ayurvedic Unani medicine to cure several ailments. Due the high demand, quantitative standardization of plant-based products is challenging maintain their quality. We aimed develop validate a high-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) method for simultaneous detection quantification gallic acid quercetin E. G. senegalensis, respectively. Aqueous extracts both plants were prepared. Qualitative analyses performed separation each extract as per International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines with respect linearity, specificity, accuracy, precision, limit (LOD), (LOQ) robustness. HPTLC aqueous revealed 3.83 µg/mg 2.26 µg/mg quercetin, while 4.71 µg/mg 1.06 µg/mg senegalensis. LOD was found be 3.30 ng/band 12.70 ng/band, LOQ 10.20 38.60 ng/band The showed good recovery robustness validated markers. This developed capable quantifying resolving quality control
