摘要: Abstract Climate change is fast becoming the major environmental and energy concern worldwide. There a dilemma between continued reliance on fossil fuel for our supply pressing need to address problem of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from combustion process. This paper reviews potential carbon capture storage (CCS) as part climate mitigation strategy Malaysian electricity sector using technology assessment framework. The nation's historical trend high its makes it prime candidate CCS adoption. suitability practicality was reviewed broad perspective with consideration Malaysia-specific conditions. It apparent this that has play an important role in Malaysia's provided key criteria are fulfilled.
