摘要: Objective This study was undertaken primarily to research transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1) and Wnt inhibitory 1 (WIF1) for the prediction of nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma (NFPAs) invasion recurrence tumor samples relations between quantitatively determined markers clinical characters. Methods We studied 104 patients, including 59 patients without 45 with (9 one surgery 36 operated twice, both tumors being studied). All tissues were immunostained TGF-β1 WIF1 using tissue microarrays confirmed real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) Western blot. Results found that invasion, TGF-β1, significantly associated age low expression (P Conclusions The in NFPAs correlated cell proliferation potential. They may be good progressive behavior NFPAs; however, biologic mechanism needs further study.
