摘要: An economic survey of the commercial operators currently active in Queensland Coral Reef Fin-Fish Fishery has been carried out, as part a research project aimed at evaluating alternative management options for this fishery. This paper presents background analysis used basis to develop sampling design survey. The focuses on activity patterns fleet based effort and catch information, well quota ownership. Based fishing business profile describing micro-economic structure operations is developed. profile, conjunction with qualitative information gained undertaking surveys, allows preliminary understanding key drivers profitability CRFFF, possible impacts external factors operations.
