New Fatal Case of Kounis Syndrome Triggered by Metamizole: A Case Report

摘要: Kounis syndrome is the concurrence of acute coronary syndromes with conditions associated mast cell activation, such as allergies or hypersensitivity, and anaphylactic anaphylactoid insults. In this report, we present a case patient who suffered after metamizole infusion in post-surgery time. NSAIDS are most frequent causes drug reactions literature. The cardiac manifestations systemic mastocytosis may be life-threatening, for reason important to consider their presence predefine way treat it.
