摘要: As with other types of sensory devices, optical and infrared detectors are capable being classified as to their operating mode. Their performance can be described in terms unique figures merit which enable the system designer predict, then evaluate, they employed. And, like all sensors, cannot exceed that an ideal device class; fundamental limits exist constrain performance.
