摘要: Objective To investigate the rheumatoid arthritis (RA)-specific autoantigen(s) recognized by CD4+ T cells in patients with RA. Methods CD4+,CD45RO+ cell clones were established from joints of RA patients, and examined for their proliferative response to synovial cells. Results Eight 146 responded a DR-restricted manner. These solubilized antigens extracted presence DR-matched antigen-presenting cells, but did not respond those non-RA cells. The had molecular weight 50/25 kd. Five 8 used receptor BV6, remaining BV12.2. Conclusion The joint-infiltrating are present exclusively expression these may trigger autoreactivity joints.
