摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) is a potent endogenous vasodilator of large blood vessels but its role in the physiological and pathological control human microcirculation not known. This study was designed to assess whether NO contributes flow skin vivo. Local changes were measured forearm normal volunteers. The responses agents injected intradermally assessed with laser Doppler probe. generated local areas by injection donor, sodium nitroprusside. Endogenous acetylcholine exposure ultraviolet light (UVB) stimulate constitutive inducible forms nitric synthase (NOS), respectively. microvasculature comparatively insensitive exogenous derived from donor nitroprusside, being 10,000-fold more sensitive prostaglandin PGE2 (P < 0.001).
