摘要: In this study, the concentrations of seven heavy metals (As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Ni, Pb, and Zn) in water, sediments, nine tissues eight fish species Chaohu Lake were detected. And ecological risk sediments food safety caused by evaluated. The mean (As: 8.21, Cd: 0.58, Cu: 2.56, Cr: 0.50, Ni: 26.47, Pb: 3.51, Zn: 23.05 μg/L) water found lower than threshold values for first-grade quality (China environmental standards surface water). Zn 41.79, 19.31, 7.61, 7.09, 102.85 μg/g, respectively, while concentration As Cd was recorded below detection limit. assessment demonstrated that posed low risk. bioaccumulation showed relatively high liver, brain, kidney, intestines levels detected muscle. A fascinating phenomenon firstly noticed all highly existed brain exhibited an especially significant positive correlation with metal sediment, indicating a health Chinese due to their consumption favor head.
