摘要: The agricultural production of food and feed on an economically competitive basis needs ever-increasing application pesticides. Pesticide is a general term that includes variety chemical biological products to kill or control pests such as fungi, insects, rodents weeds. In the European Union (EU) approximately 320,000 tonnes active substances are sold every year, which accounts for one quarter world market (The Pesticides Safety Directorate, York, United Kingdom). Residues in fruit vegetables, cereals, processed baby foodstuffs animal origin controlled through system statutory maximum residue limits (MRLs). (MRLs) defined as: ‘The concentration pesticide (expressed milligrams per kilogram commodity (mg/kg)) likely occur commodities feeds after use pesticides according good practice (GAP)’ (Proposed PAHO/WHO Plan Action Technical Cooperation Food Safety, 2006–2007). MRLs vary ordinarily within interval 0.0008–50 mg/kg Applicant Guide: Maximum Residue Levels, Kingdom), typically between 0.01 10 adult population. lower values set food—EC specified MRL 0.010 (Pesticides Environment, A Strategy Sustainable Use Plant Protection Products Plans, London, lowest levels particular special residues (Status under EU review (doc. 3010); Commission Directive 2003/13 14/; Council 98/83/). most efficient approach analysis involves chromatographic methods. Sometimes, resolving power attainable with single still insufficient complex mixtures. coupling techniques clearly attractive multicomponent mixtures Truly comprehensive two-dimensional (2D) hyphenation generally achieved by frequent sampling from first column into second, very rapid analysis. this study presented different modes multidimensional separation including gas chromatography (MDGC), liquid (MDLC) planar (MDPC) applied
