摘要: There are many limits like as shadowing occlusion and no lights in the video image detector systems. In order to make accurate system, we need get rid of these problems specially accident detection system by using vehicle trace. this paper, introduce a method overcoming shadow. And propose system. We find flow trace is level spacing distribution Wigner distribution. It statistics when represent avoidable. From can derive probability induced different position for each lane. Using equation abrupt state comparing with normal flow. shall show statistical results from some experiments evaluation
