摘要: Relaxin causes renal hyperfiltration, natriuresis, and diuresis in male rats. This study determined the effect of recombinant human relaxin (rhRLX) on function female rat. After 7 days rhRLX treatment (0.4 μg/h) urinary excretion sodium chloride were significantly lower rhRLX-treated group, but urine flow rate was not different from that controls. Quantitative PCR showed RXFP1 receptor expressed both cortex medulla; immuno-localization revealed expression proximal tubule inner medullary collecting ducts. These data show elicits pregnancy-like changes
