摘要: Relation between photocatalytic and photoluminescence properties of zinc oxide nanopowder doped with low concentrations copper manganese is examined. The samples were obtained by means method spontaneous crystallization. For the first time it was determined that this relation depends on many factors including crystalline state material, type concentration dopants. With increase dopant activity decreases intensity rises.
