摘要: Motivated by the question of what drives winds Wolf-Rayet (WR) stars, I have been investigating structure WR winds. Observational evidence has accumulated which demonstrates that some (but not all) stars are spherically symmetric or homogeneous. review results work in literature pertaining to detection such wind asymmetries single and binary components. Particular emphasis is placed on technique spectropolarimetry, how it contributed our knowledge wind-geometry stars.
