Structural and Magnetic Properties of RE2Fe17Hx (RE = Nd,Sm) Hydrides and Iron-Rich Compounds Nd(Co1-xFex)9Si2 and Gd(FexAl1-x)12

摘要: The influence of the hydrogen absorption on magnetic properties RE2Fe17 (RE = Nd,Sm) compounds has been studied. After hydrogenation, Curie temperature increases by well over 100°C for both intermetallic materials. On other hand new Gd(FexAl1-x) and Nd(Co1-xFex)9Si2 have obtained melt-spinning or arc-melting. For x < 0.83, Gd(FexAl1-x)12 materials crystallize in tetragonal ThMn12 structure type arid are ferrimagnetic. BaCd11 is found silicides. In this system, goes through a maximum as (Tc ≃ 560 K 0.22).
