摘要: The phytoremediation potential of four crop species cultivated on carbonation lime coming from the sugar industry with water-soluble nickel (Ni) exceeding Italian legal limit 10 µg L−1 was assessed. Two autumn–winter (spinach and canola) were tested without addition bentonite in a greenhouse experiment order to overcome prolonged unfavourable weather conditions. spring-summer (sunflower sorghum) grown outdoor boxes. Plant selected among crops interest for their rotation throughout year enable maintain permanent vegetation cover. Nickel concentration different plant tissues concentrations soluble bioavailable Ni measured. In study, decreased below all tests, combined effect plants reduced mainly fraction. Spinach sunflower emerged be more suitable phytoextraction than canola sorghum, because higher metal epigeal portions. results highlighted that sorghum has good phytostabilisation since its ability accumulate at root level attract significant amount rhizosphere. This study arose real scenario environmental contamination investigated approaches bioremediation specific industrial waste product.
