摘要: • Six immunocompromised patients were shown to exhibit Pseudomonas aeruginosa folliculitis in apocrine regions similar "swimming pool" folliculitis. The lesions evolved within 24 hours as severe ecthyma gangrenosum. source of the P , serotype O-11, was found water system hospital. Clinical identification and early treatment is important prevent manifestations. ( Arch Dermatol 1985;121:873-876)
