These include modulation testosterone levels; decreased obesity; immune function; increase vitamin D release neurotrophic factors. Epidemiologic studies were conducted Canada China Finland Norway Sweden Taiwan Turkey US to examine with risk. Findings study reveal inconsistencies due misclassification activity; amount/intensity timing control confounders; differential effects subgroups. Thus further research is needed clarify whether plays a role However public should still be encouraged physically active because potential other health benefits including risk cardiovascular disease.
