摘要: We propose a new design of THz frequency carrier generation for medical applications. The dense wavelength division multiplexing can be generated by using Gaussian pulse propagating within modified PANDA ring resonator and Add/drop filter. Results obtained have shown that region between 30–100 THz. This area band used broad bandwidth signals available applications, instance, Terahertz pulsed imaging (TPI). histopathological diagnosis has been successful investigated method, where waves are useful analysis the histological features, without any painful process. It confirmed radiations different transmittance through healthy tissues, tissues effected cancer [1, 2].
