摘要: In recent years, the adoption of electronic banking (e-banking) began to occur quite extensively as a channel distribution for financial services due rapid advances in information technology (IT) and intensive competitive markets. Despite this growth IT worldwide, Omani banks continue conduct most their transactions using traditional methods. Understanding reasons lack such technological innovation developing countries Oman will develop fruitful research. This paper address what are enablers inhibitors e-banking industry. study, four perceptions issues were explored: relative advantage; organizational performance, customer relationship ease use. From an analysis 15 semistructured interviews, findings revealed that all these jointly provided excellent understanding adoption.
