摘要: First experimental evidence for a low-lying ${J}^{\ensuremath{\pi}}={0}^{+}$ excited state in $^{192\ensuremath{-}198}\mathrm{Pb}$ is obtained by study of the $\ensuremath{\beta}$ decay mass-separated Bi isotopes. It shown that such states correspond to deformed two-particle, two-hole configurations.
