摘要: Copper-based microcomposites fabricated by powder metallurgy with subsequent plastic deformation have received increasing attention over recent years. These possess good electrical conductivity in combination high mechanical properties. The present study aims to explore potential technical merits developing a prealloyed copper based composites silica sand nanoparticles reinforcement. Relevant properties and improvements are the main targets. A composite 5, 10, 15 20 wt.% of were developed through process. It was observed that addition 20% increased hardness up 143HV. Optimum achieved nanoparticles. Advanced particle rearrangement mechanism due homogeneous fine distribution into pore sites also observed. much more surface-related seen be improved convincingly compared bulk controlled.
