摘要: An experiment was conducted to examine the relationship between patient satisfaction and patients’ freedom choose a physician outcome of health service encounter. Each construct with corresponding measurements is discussed their reviewed. Hypotheses were developed tested for each using pencil paper scenarios patient’s encounter at clinic. The study yielded four major findings. First, patients who experienced good significantly more satisfied than received bad outcome. Second, ratings differed only in condition, suggesting an bias. Third, given select but did not receive chosen least satisfied. Fourth, there no difference had choice those not.
