摘要: The newborn chick skin was studied in the light and electron microscopes an effort to obtain information about differentiation products of epidermal cells sequential events which lead formation horny layer. Filaments are relatively few both basal differentiating cells. cytoplasm undergoes compartmentalization during cell differentiation, specific formed sequentially within segregated areas. In cortical part a fine filamentous network appears upon keratohyalin is later deposited. central numerous large lipid droplets by participation agranular reticulum Golgi system. Many multigranular bodies also contain several lamellated granules. When enter stage, nucleus synthetic organelles decomposed, plasma membrane thickens, content consists surrounded fibrous-amorphous mass. These observations indicate that pathway follow different from seen mammals, protective structurally chemically those other vertebrates.
