摘要: Specific antibodies are necessary for the rapid identification of pathogenic yeasts, elucidation structure serotypic specific epitopes, and detection circulating antigens in patients with disseminated mycoses. Monoclonal (MAbs) presently most efficient probe these purposes. This review presents main results on production characterization monoclonal directed against Candida albicans Cryptococcus neoformans which responsible major yeast infections immunocompromised patients.
