摘要: By probing dielectric polarization originating from dipoles and electrons in materials, we can study dynamical carrier behaviors materials also devices. Maxwell displacement current (MDC) measurement allows us to directly probe orientational dipolar motion monolayers, while electric-field-induced optical second-harmonic generation (EFISHG) electron hole transport solids be probed directly. nonlinear induced by coupling with incident electromagnetic waves of laser beam dc electric field that originate moving carriers, long-range is visualized. Experiments using a time-resolved EFISHG technique reveal transfer organic devices such as field-effect transistors, light-emitting diodes, memory devices, solar cells, thus enable model the mechanism. We anticipate this novel powerful tool for studying well materials.
