摘要: Abstract Variability in the expression of two different cell surface carbohydrate determinants was examined with agglutinating immunoglobulin M monoclonal antibodies (H9 and C6) immunoelectron microscopy during growth three strains Candida albicans. A single strain parapsilosis did not express either antigen at any time growth. Antigens were detected on C. albicans by agglutination tests H9 or C6 over a 48-h period. The difference specificities demonstrated Ouchterlony double-diffusion solubilized antigens variabilities reactivity agglutinins among yeast strains. antigenic isolated specific immunoprecipitation protease digestion characterized methods including high-pressure liquid chromatography, gas-liquid mass spectroscopy both chemical electron ionization.
