摘要: Phytochrome has been shown to be the major photoreceptor involved in photo-inhibition of coleoptile growth Japonica-type rice (Oryza sativa L.). We have characterized this typical photomorphogenetic response using mutants deficient phytochrome A (phyA) and B (phyB) with respect age-dependency action spectra. Seedlings were irradiated a pulse light 40 h or 80 after germination (i.e. at an early late developmental stage) final length these seedlings was determined. saturating red (R) had stronger effect when it given stage than stage. It found that photoinhibition is mediated by both phyA phyB but predominantly Consistent many other reported responses, mutant, which observed stages thought mainly phyB, occurred low-fluence range (10(1)-10(3) micromol m(-2)) R far-red-light (FR)-reversible; phyA, very-low-fluence (10(-2)-10(0) FR-irreversible. The spectra (350-800 nm 50 intervals) obtained two indicated phyB-mediated phyA-mediated peak 650 minor 400 nm.
